1. Who we are

Is Doctor (ISDR) provides professional portfolio website services for doctors. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@isdr.in.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us or request a profile, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, medical speciality, city, preferred profile address, message and consent to be contacted. Technical information such as server logs and a hashed network address may be processed for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Do not send patient records, patient-identifiable information, or other sensitive health information through public forms.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to messages, discuss profile creation and customised quotes, provide and support the service, prevent spam and abuse, maintain security, keep operational records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis or consent.

4. Public profile information

Information intentionally published on a doctor's public profile—such as professional name, qualifications, registration details, speciality, experience, publications, clinic details and contact information—may be visible to anyone and indexed or cached by search engines or third parties. Doctors should submit only information they are authorised to publish and should review it for accuracy before publication.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with hosting, database, email-delivery, security and other service providers only as reasonably needed to operate ISDR, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information. The actual providers and locations may change as the service develops; maintain a current internal vendor list before public launch.

6. Security and backups

ISDR is intended to protect submitted information using HTTPS for data in transit and access controls. Encrypted backups are part of the intended data-protection approach; encrypted backup jobs, access restrictions and restoration testing must be enabled and maintained in the production environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Profile information is retained while the profile is active and for a reasonable period after removal where needed for backups, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Define and implement a specific retention schedule before launch.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact hello@isdr.in to request access, correction or deletion of information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted by law.

9. Cookies and analytics

The current landing page uses browser-side interface features. If analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies are added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.

10. Children and third-party links

ISDR is intended for professional use by adults. Our pages may link to third-party websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes and contact
