1. About Is Doctor (ISDR)

Is Doctor (ISDR) provides tools and services intended to help medical professionals create and maintain professional portfolio websites. The service is not a medical provider, medical directory authority, regulator, or emergency service.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally entitled to publish the professional information you submit. You are responsible for keeping your contact details and profile content up to date and for safeguarding any account credentials provided to you.

3. Professional credentials and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your qualifications, registration details, experience, services, photographs, publications and other content. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, publish unlawful or infringing material, or upload patient-identifiable information without a lawful basis and appropriate permissions. ISDR may request evidence, decline publication, restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary; do not assume that a profile is independently verified unless ISDR explicitly confirms a verification process in writing.

4. Service and availability

Features may change as the service develops. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access, search-engine indexing, search rankings, patient enquiries, appointments, revenue or clinical outcomes are not guaranteed. Planned features are not available unless expressly stated as launched.

5. Pricing and payment

The advertised introductory launch offer is ₹1 per day. Availability, eligibility, billing period, payment method, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any customised quote will be governed by the offer details shown to you before you purchase or by a written quote accepted by you. 6. Acceptable use

You must not use ISDR to publish false or misleading claims, unlawful material, malware, spam, patient records, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. You must not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy describes how information submitted to ISDR is handled. We use HTTPS for website connections where enabled and aim to maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive patient data through public forms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant ISDR permission to host, reproduce, format, display and technically process that content only as reasonably needed to provide and maintain your profile and the service. ISDR's own software, branding and design remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

9. Suspension and termination

You may request cancellation or removal of a profile by contacting hello@isdr.in. We may suspend or remove content or access for security, legal, non-payment or acceptable-use reasons, subject to applicable law and any agreed service terms. Final cancellation, refund and data-deletion processes should be confirmed in your purchase terms.

10. No medical advice; limitation

ISDR is a professional portfolio publishing service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Profiles do not replace official registration records or independent credential checks. To the extent permitted by law, ISDR is not responsible for user-submitted inaccuracies, third-party websites, interruptions outside its reasonable control, or decisions made solely on the basis of profile content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
